Joyful Hands Crafters for Christ
We are a group of young and young at heart with a mission to share God's Word and Love through the items that we make for donation to various groups.
We are expanding our projects and the charities we now serve.
- Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran Church in a variety of ways: Pastor Visits, Mitten Tree, Senior Luncheons, Church Projects, etc.
- Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center, www.alphaprc.com/friends (located in Savage)
- The Lutheran Home Campus & Thrift Shop, www.thla.org (located in Belle Plaine)
Our projects include but are not limited to:
- jewelry making
- sewing
- crocheting
- knitting
- quilting
- embroidery
- card making
We are currently making Prayers Shawls and Lap Robes for our members, baby and children items for many charities, centerpiece "quilts" for the fellowship hall, mittens and scarves for our Christmas Mitten trees, embroidered Baptism and Communion cloths, prize items for our Senior Luncheons and more! All our welcome—any skill level—anyone with a passion to be creative for Christ is invited to join us at our monthly meetings at Bloomington Lutheran Church the first Saturday of each month, September - May. (meetings are subject to location change or cancellation due to priority events, weather, etc. - please contact the church office for updates)
