Hello Crafters!
Saturday, December 12 marked the one-year anniversary for Joyful Hands! I would like to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work, inspiration, love and giving of yourselves this past year. We currently have 35 members in our Joyful Hands group and YOU are what make this all possible - you all are very much appreciated! I look forward to another wonderful year and hope to see Joyful Hands grow even more!
We can always use more “hands”, so if you know of anyone who may be interested please send me their email address and I will add them to the list. If they do not have email then please provide me with their snail mail (aka home address) and I will send them a printed copy of the emails that go out.
The “Quilters” will start making new table centers / runners for BLC with a “spring” theme. If you are interested in helping with this project please let me know.
We will be receiving additional Thrivent funding so if you have or need to purchase yarn (or material for the quilters) we should have funding in the (hopefully) near future. I will keep you posted. With 12 members in attendance at this mornings meeting a lot of the bulk yarn was selected (thank you!) however I still have more for you to choice from, mostly baby colors right now.

Joyful Hands Crafters for Christ
We are group of young and young at heart with a mission to share God's Word and Love through the items that we make for our pastors to donate to various groups. We are currently making Prayers Shawls for our shut-in members plus baby and children items for our church youth's future Mission to Mexico trip. All our welcome—any skill level—anyone with a passion for crocheting and/or knitting for Christ is invited to join us at our monthly meetings.
